Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:45-5:15

CLOSED Fridays and all statutory holidays.

Tuition:

18 months-3 years monthly fees:

    Preschool hours only (7:45am-3:30pm) $1033.00

    Preschool hours plus After School Club (7:45am-5:15pm) $1133.00                    

3 years-and up:

    Preschool hours only (7:45am-3:30pm) $951.00

    Preschool hours plus After School Club (7:45am-5:15pm) $1051.00            

 

Afterschool Club:

    School year only, (3-5:15pm) $525.00

For March, June, July, August and December any attending school age children, if space allows, will be invoiced at the full time preschool rate of $1051.00. 

 

The pre-paid funded portions from the Yukon Government are as follows:

18 months to 3 years— $700 per month

3 years to kindergarten- $700 per month

Kindergarten- $350 per school month, $700 per non-school month

Grade 1 and up- $300 per school month, $500 per non-school month

 

Food Programming Fee:

We have a quarterly food programming fee that covers all of our special lunches, extra food supplies for hungry children and adventure snacks. These fees are due every January, April, July and October and can be prorated by the director only for students starting mid-quarter.

    Single child: $130.00

    Siblings: $195.00

 

Payment Policies:

✽ All fees (including any subsidized portions) are due on, or before, the first of the month.

 

•     ✽ Any pro-rating of fees for any reason will be subject to director’s discretion.

 

✽ Our late fees (after 5:15) are $2.00 per minute, per child.

 

✽ Any changes or cancellations in enrollment require 30 days notice in writing.

 

•     ✽Any back payments from the subsidy program will be subject to an administration fee of $50.00 per month processed. 

 

We close all statutory holidays. When a stat holiday falls on a Friday, we will be closing the Thursday before as per labour standards and wage funding.

 

We will, on occasion and with plenty of notice, close a few extra days over Christmas or in the summer to give our team a chance to recharge. 

 

We reserve the right to close, if needed, to facilitate staff professional development if and when opportunities arise. 

 

We reserve the right to close unexpectedly due to unforeseen staff shortages. Please see our Sick Child/Staff policy for more details. 

Extended Leave:

 

When a child will be away for a summer break (four or more consecutive weeks in June, July or August only) we can offer a place holding fee. This will be $475 for a toddler and $425 for a preschool space and must be paid at the beginning of each month just like regular fees. This will ensure your child’s space for when you return. 

 

If you wish to pull your child, and have no fee, we completely understand however we cannot hold a space for your child's return. 

 

Holding Spaces:

 

    We have a majority of our spaces come available in September of each year. If you would like a space for the winter, with any start date after September 1st, there will be a holding fee required for each month. This fee will be the same as the summer holding fee. Thank you for understanding.
